What is your refund policy?

We have an 8 Week Buy Back Policy. We are happy to buy back any un-used stock tiles and sundries returned within 8 weeks of purchase in a re-saleable condition, with the original sales receipt.

Do tiles require sealing?

Most glazed tiles and porcelains do not require sealing. We would inform you of any peculiarities associated with specialist finishes that may need attention.

Natural Stones and Terracotta are porous products and will require sealing. Sealing and maintaining your tiles is easy so long as the initial guidelines we suggest are carried out.

My floor tiles are cold?

No problem, we stock a simple under-floor heating mat which is easy to install and economical to run. Warm floors whenever you need them.

Do you hold tiles in stock?

We have a small warehouse adjacent to our showroom where we stock a variety of our most popular tiles. If we don’t have your chosen tile in stock, we can order them in within 1-5 working days.

I’m not sure on what adhesive to use?

We stock a comprehensive range of adhesives, grouts and sundry products to cover most surfaces as well as Tile Backing Board and overlay mats.

Do you have samples?

We offer samples for all of the tiles we have on display. If we don’t have one to take away that day, we will happily order one in for you. All we ask for is a deposit on samples which is refunded upon return.

If I supply measurements, can you calculate how many tiles I will need?

Yes, we will be happy to assist you with you calculations.

Can I order single tiles or do I have to order a complete box?

For a majority of our tiles, you can purchase whatever quantity you require.

I have ordered a multi-size format tile, how do I work out the pattern?

You don’t have to; we have done the hard work for you. Our patterns are available to download, choose the pattern that applies to the sizes you have.

When are you open?

We are open Monday- Saturday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
